With more than 30 years of senior leadership experience across industries, he recently served as Chief Digital Officer at Groupe Atlantic UK, ROI, and NA, where he led organisational change, introduced AI-enabled services, modernised manufacturing systems, and implemented cloud-first solutions. At Serco Group PLC, he directed digital transformation initiatives across public services, including health, central government, and international transport, ensuring regulatory compliance while fostering innovation. He is recognised for building agile teams, promoting responsible AI adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes in complex, regulated environments. At DSI 2026, he will present strategies for organisations to progress beyond optimisation and achieve comprehensive AI-driven transformation.
